01SaaS Platform
Led backend at a restaurant SaaS as it grew from 70 to 300+ employees. SQS pipelines, shared component library in an NX monorepo, SQL query times cut 90%.
I joined AIO when it was 70 people. By the time I left, it was 300+. My job was keeping the backend ahead of that growth: event-driven SQS architecture, microservices, and making sure the database didn't become the bottleneck.
I designed an SQS pipeline that cut latency on AI data analysis, built a shared React/MUI/Tailwind component library in an NX monorepo (reused across the IoT, marketing, and integration modules), and got SQL query times down 90% through index analysis and materialized views.
When the Integration module needed an owner, I scoped and shipped it from scratch. No requirements handed to me. That's the kind of project I like.
